Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
We prioritise your purchases as if they were our own. Once your place your order, we guarantee that you will receive your purchases between 2 to 10 business days of purchase.
You will receive tracking information once your purchase is picked up by our handpicked couriers. Any orders over A$100.00 attract free shipping and all other purchases are shipped at a flat rate of A$14.00.
Returns
What You Need to Know
We pride ourselves on ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a 14 business day return policy. Simple send us an email, and return your purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it. It will then be inspected and we will send you an email for details if a return is approved or rejected. We recommend that you double check our size guide as shipping costs will apply on returned goods.
